What is the exequatur procedure?
The exequatur procedures are issued before the Andorran courts in order to obtain the recognition in Andorra of a judgment obtained in another country and enforcement thereof.
In the context of the exequatur procedure, an analysis is made of whether the decision or judgment issued abroad meets the requirements of jurisdiction and procedure, in accordance with the legislation of the country of origin.
